These die units feature Artos Smoothfeed integrated pneumatic cylinder that provides for trouble free feeding of the terminal and easy adjustment of the pick-up and stroke settings. With this design, terminal advancement is now independent of the crimping press ram actuation, eliminating terminal feed jams.

Crimpmatic 970
For more demanding crimping applications, Artos offers the Crimpmatic 970. With 50 kN (11,000 lbs) of crimping force, the 970 will process your most demanding crimping applications for wires up to 16mm² (6 AWG) with terminals with a thickness of 1mm (0.40 Inch).   
This crimping solution includes a quiet electronic drive, terminal reel holder, operator foot switch and complete safety guard system.

Loose Terminal Crimping Unit
Artos LTC-1 is a bench-top pneumatic crimping system designed to crimp loose connectors. Crimping die sets can be quickly installed into the LTC-1 to crimp a variety of connectors onto hook-up wires, communication cables, power cables, signal wires, coaxial cables, and fiber optic cable. This powerful pneumatic crimper will produce up to 1200 lbs. (545 kg) of crimping force, enabling crimping of wires up to 8 AWG (8mm2). Despite this strong crimping force, the LTC-1 is modest in size, weighing only 15 lbs (6.8kg), and can easily be moved from work center to work center as needed.

Crimping Die
Apply terminals fast and easily with our high quality mechanical feed Quick Die unit. Available in all three feed directions, Artos Quick Die features independently adjustable insulation and conductor crimp tools and a quick release mechanism that allows you to snap the entire unit in and out of the crimping press.

Benchtop Seal, Strip, and Crimp Unit
For application which require weather seals, the Sealmatic 944S is the perfect machine for applying seals, stripping and crimping wire ends.This crimping press with integrated stripping unit is combined with a seal mounting unit to process single wires or mantled multi-core wires. The Sealmatic 944S has been designed for standard side feed applicators, and allows the operator to hold the wire in one position during the entire machine cycle. The wire cross-section, the stripping length and the position of the wire to the terminal are easily adjustable with manual micro adjustment knobs.
